Persistent Fear and Anxiety Can Affect Young Children’s Learning and Development

Maybe it is not about WHAT we are doing but HOW we are feeling that has the greatest impact on Learning?

"Core Business is the Core Business" - Let's Talk about YOU!

Sophie and I have set up daily Business Meetings.  The rational is to connect and have an informal (non-threatening) chat to our Priority Learners.  Asking about well-being, struggles, challenges and things that are going well for them.  The feedback has been positive and we think we will roll it out to children who are NOT necessarily Priority Learners but perhaps are children who suffer from anxiety and need that extra "LOVE/AWHI".

I feel so motivated and excited by this initiative.  It fits in perfectly with my hunch that the more connected we are to our children the easier it is for them to learn.  We need to:

REACH THEM BEFORE WE TEACH THEM!
